  • My mother was an alcoholic and died from cirrhosis and liver failure at age 57. I loved my mom despite her addiction and wish her life would have been different, but in all honesty it would have been a complete waste to give her a liver transplant.

  • My employer has tried this....the problem is that as soon as they are trained they leave.  They have changed their focus to retaining their older experienced employees.
